We want to tell everyone how much we enjoyed our recent stay at the newly updated and upgraded Newport Bay Club – wow – what a great improvement! The kitchen counters, new cabinets and appliances are beautiful – looks like they came out of a magazine. The color scheme in the new baths is a nice change along with the new, tile, marble and vanities which provide much more usable space. We do not particularly miss the old Jacuzzi tubs as the new oversized glass showers are a real pleasure to look at and use.

We think the Newport Bay Club Bay Club is back once again as the best place to stay in Newport! The location can’t be beat and now the suites have been modernized and are very inviting. We can’t wait to return.

I was so pleased I had to write to tell you how wonderful my visit was to the Newport Bay Club. The front desk was so helpful and friendly. One young lady in particular, I apologize as I forget her name, had excellent customer service skills and was extremely knowledgeable.

The one bedroom townhouse was just amazing. The unit smelled fresh and oh so clean! The kitchen area was delightful with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The renovated bathrooms were just beautiful and very clean. The towels were folded perfectly. The spiral staircase to the 2nd floor gave the unit so much character. The bedroom was very inviting. The linens were fresh and new. The bed was fluffy and comfortable. The closets were huge and the master bedroom just perfect. The shower was gleaming and sparkling clean.

The balcony views were like a movie scene, even in the rain and clouds that weekend. The harbor and street views were breathtaking. The balconies were clean and very safe.I appreciate the attention to detail, exceptional customer service and cleanliness of the unit and look forward to returning in October.

When my husband and I first saw the new renovations we were absolutely thrilled with the results. The much needed update of the kitchen is beautiful, providing more workable space. The new bathroom (even without a Jacuzzi tub) is wonderful; the color combination is warm and soothing.

Bedroom improvements, especially the new headboard and comforters were a great change.

My family and I have vacationed at the Newport Bay Club for about 25 years. We have stayed from a few days for a quick getaway up to an entire week. We enjoy the Bay Club in Summer and Winter and wouldn’t even think about staying somewhere else. The building has undergone many great transformations over the years, but the quality of service has never wavered! The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend the Bay Club to anyone who visits Newport!

I have vacationed at the Bay Club for over 20 years. The personnel is great and I love staying at the hotel very much. The remodeled units are beautiful with all new kitchens and baths and really big showers. I especially appreciate the new higher toilets, this is a big plus for me. The two bedroom suites have full kitchens including a stove and large refrigerator. Most enjoyable are the new additions to the continental breakfast, including juices, fruits, yogurts and cereal.

I do not usually go into your breakfast room as I do not like muffins and pasties. However, on my recent stay I ventured over and saw all the new healthy choices in addition to the pastry. Thumbs up on these improvements, I also noticed that there is now additional lighting in the bathroom, which was much needed.

The Newport Bay Club has been our vacation home-away-from-home for many years. On our most recent stay we were greeted warmly, as usual, by the staff who have become like friends.
